8pm IMPACT Start Time Official for 4/5
Dixie Carter posted the following on her Twitter page:

"To maximize viewership, IMPACT! will air on Spike from 8-10pm ET on 4/5 as to not conflict w/ NCAA Men's bball finals on CBS. PLS RT"

I like the excuse, I hope they change the start time for good.

Monday Night IMPACT Moving to 8PM?
The official website for Spike TV lists the April 5th edition of TNA Impact as airing on Monday from 8-10 PM, instead of the 9-11 PM timeslot they've been using on Monday's. This will give them an hour unopposed to RAW, which to date has been their best hour on Monday back on January 4th when they went from 8-11 PM.

I hope this is the case, give them an uninterrupted lead in, and a good chance against RAW for it's first hour. Also, off subject, but kudos to the Bish' for the great guitar performance to open the show this week. Keep up the good shit.

Monday Night War Ratings 3/22
TNA Impact did an 0.86 rating with 1.2 million viewers, slightly above last week's 0.84 rating with 1.1 million viewers.

The news is worse for WWE, with RAW doing a 3.24 rating, down 12.6 percent from last week's strong 3.71 rating for "Stone Cold" Steve Austin hosting the show. TV viewership was also way down to 4.51 million viewers, which is a 19.5 percent drop from last week's show with 5.60 million viewers.

The first hour did 4.14 million viewers. Dancing with the Stars on ABC did a huge 15.6 rating and 25.1 million viewers for the 9-10 PM hour.

This Week in Six Sides - TNA News and Notes
Rob Van Dam was not booked for last night's TNA Destination X PPV but showed up at the airport to fly to Orlando yesterday. RVD called himself out on a new blog on his website.

"I guess I was a little too anxious to hear those words last night, as I was told at the airport that I was 24 hours early! My bad. Thought I was booked or something. I actually had several reasons to think I was expected at a pay per view from conversations earlier in the week, and the schedule they gave me, but it all boils down to me not paying attention. I simply didn't know what the date was yesterday or I would've known I misunderstood plans. That's what happens when you don't worry about anything, and are so care free you don't plan ahead."

Apparently the group name for Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman will now be Wolfpac, as opposed to The Band, which they had been using since coming into TNA.

According to F4WOnline.com, WWE does not own the trademark on "Wolfpac" as it was not part of the deal when they purchased the WCW intellectual property. This is also likely why they used the old Wolfpac theme song at the TNA PPV last night as well.

Reid Flair | RVD Debut
Reid Flair, son of The Nature Boy, is expected to be at some of the upcoming TNA Impact shows and tapings. It’s unknown if he will be brought in as a wrestler or if he’s just coming in for training. The top talents in TNA right now are not getting their interviews scripted by creative. Guys like Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan and Ken Anderson are all given bullet points to get across but are told to do what they want, just make sure to get those points in.

Flair Happy | Hogan in Pain
Ric Flair is telling people he is having more fun working in TNA than he has had in years because he loves being a top heel. Flair still thinks he can have one more world-class match, perhaps with someone like Kurt Angle.

Hulk Hogan was in tremendous pain after last week's TNA Impact tapings. He was icing his back for a long time. Hogan has been protecting his back in the ring and only did a few bumps but still is hurting. Right now Hogan's not expected to wrestle anytime soon but that could always change.

Flair gets Backstage Heat I Anderson/Lance Storm
According to F4WOnline.com, Ric Flair got a tongue lashing for his Impact promo in which he threw blood at the crowd. The segment was edited for television. Apparently, had it been anybody but Flair, they would have been in serious trouble.

Mr. Anderson had "WWLSD" written on his wrist tape in his Impact tag team match. Apparently, it was short for, "What Would Lance Storm Do." Lance Storm has been a vocal critic of the TNA product.

Sting Limited by Injury
According to a report on prowrestling.net, TNA star Sting is limited in what he can do physically in the ring due to a shoulder injury.

Sting underwent shoulder surgery not too long ago.

In my humble opinion, they should be smart and let him rest. It's great he's playing heel. Maybe possibly put him into a manager role while he heals, wrestling lacks managers now-a-days. I miss the days of a good Bobby "The Brain" Heenen or even a Harvey Wippleman. Flair as a manager, Sting as a manager, and when Sting is fully rested, bring on that Flair vs. Sting match we have all been waiting for. Once that happens, then those two will have the retirement match that both deserve, unless that want to keep wrestling, then by all means. Hogan on the other hand looks like a fool. I think it might be his stupid hair, he should at least trim it, it looks silly being so long and only from the bottom of his scalp.
