Kazarian Returns to TNA
During last nights edition of TNA IMPACT Frankie Kazarian made a surprise return in a six way tag match. It seems as the Suicide character has been dropped (about time). Kazarian was recently married to TNA Knockout Traci Brooks and is returning just in time for TNA's newly all X-Division PPV, Destination-X.

Booker T and Sharmell having Twins
Former WWE performer Sharmell Sullivan-Huffman, 39, is expecting twins, reports the Wrestling Globe Newsletter. While husband Booker T has a son from a previous relationship, Sharmell has never had children before.

Since parting ways with TNA this past October, Booker T has begun focusing on a possible career in acting (sounds like he's been focusing on something else). With that being said, he is not yet through with wrestling as he is still accepting bookings.

This Week in Six Sides - TNA News and Notes
It's said that Scott Steiner wasn't offered a new contract by TNA because the company felt bringing in Ric Flair was worth more to them and with the bad blood from the past between Flair and Steiner, it just wouldn't work out.

Eric Bischoff is said to be very high on TNA newcomer Orlando Jordan. Jordan, who is openly bisexual, is having his character based around his bisexuality.

Karen Angle was backstage at this week's IMPACT tapings, there are no plans for her to return the company as an on-air performer.

Bill Goldberg posted the following note on his Twitter account concerning apparent rumors that TNA has offered him a contract:

"Let's get the record straight...From my lips......TNA has not contacted me. Period. No B.S."

TNA drew 1,200 fans this past Thursday to its live event in Charlottesville, Virginia. While the number is above what the company usually draws, the event was held in a 17,000 seat arena.

TNA Press Conference Recap
- Press Conference starts about 10 minutes late
- Dixie Carter Come out and yammers about how TNA has grown in the last 6 years at the IMPACT zone.
- Dixie announces that IMPACT is moving to Monday on March 8th
- They will be taping IMPACT every other week
- Impact will be from 9pm-11pm (stupid move in my opinion)
- She introduces Hogan to the Stage (She is the only one that claps)
- Hogan talks about how great the talent is in TNA
- He said Vince would make no response about TNA moving to Monday

There was then a Q&A session.

Q: How long will TNA on Monday nights last? Will this be a 3-month experiment or is it a long-term thing?

A: Dixie Carter said, "Forever." iMPACT! on Monday nights is a move they are committed to making and Spike is firmly behind them.

Q: Why go 9-11 instead of 8-10?

A: Dixie said they could have done either. They've moved time slots a number of times already and the fan base follows them wherever they go. Hogan said they want to go head-to-head. They want to take WWE head on. Everybody wants to see a fight and TNA wants to prove itself

What are Hulk Hogan's thoughts about the first Monday Night War?

A: Hogan said it took WCW 6 months to get on their feet and start doing weekly shows in front of 15-20,000 people. He said TNA has a better roster and TNA does everything better. They will win the war because they have a better product.

Q: Were there any talks of iMPACT! going to 3 hours?

A: Dixie says no. There's been talk of additional programming, but not a 3-hour iMPACT!

What kind of reaction are they expecting from Vince McMahon?

A: Hogan said he'll give us the insider view on that - he expects no reaction. He said Vince doesn't acknowledge his competition and will no-sell it, but the talent is cheering them on. The entire wrestling industry is a monopoly and people want TNA to succeed so there is another big company to possibly work for. Hogan said even though Vince won't show he's worried, WWE corporate is panicking.

What are Spike TV's expectations for the ratings on Monday nights?

A: Dixie says they expect the rating to grow over time. This is a war and wars are fought over the long-term. If they can hold their Thursday rating (around a 1.2), they will be alright. Overall, they want to give wrestling fans something to be proud of and don't want fans to be ashamed that they like wrestling.

So it's official, IMPACT is moving to Monday Nights March 8th, no 8pm Lead in. What are your reactions? Angry? Happy? Leave your comments.

Variety Confirms Impact Moving to Monday Nights
Tomorrow's edition of Variety confirms that the Monday Night Wars will return again starting on Monday, March 8th.

Spike TV will be moving Impact to Mondays at 9 PM EST directly against WWE RAW. The show will air live one week and taped the next.

"We've always wanted to go on Monday nights," said TNA president Dixie Carter commented to Variety. "That's where the wrestling viewing audience is accustomed to being."

WWE's Robert Zimmerman shot down the move. "We're not too concerned. We're in good shape."

I feel like TNA is making a mistake by going directly against WWE, they should have too the 8pm lead in and got the jump on RAW. Let's hope for the best, because I still love TNA.

Joe Johnson sent word that Ken Anderson posted on his Twitter account he made it to Orlando so he will be able to work tonight's PPV at Universal Studios. Anderson is scheduled to wrestle Kurt Angle in the first round of the 8 Card Stud Tournament for a shot at the TNA Championship at Lockdown.

There was concern Anderson wouldn't make it to the show because of inclement weather throughout the country.

IMPACT does another 1.2
TNA IMPACT has scored another 1.2 rating just like last week. It seems that after the initial hype of Hogan and his losers coming to TNA the ratings are back to what they were before he came in. With all this talk of TNA going to Monday Night this has to be a bit dis-concerning to the head honchos at Spike or if they're too stupid to realize a bad idea then it has to at least be hitting a few of the higher ups in TNA. Hogan being Hogan, and him actually thinking that he is bigger then life and him believing that he really took the power of the Hulkamaniacs to body Slam Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania 3, I think  Hogan will still push IMPACT to Monday, let's just hope it doesn't fail, because they might not have a choice to move back to Thursdays.
